We specialize in treating and managing mental health disorders with a collaborative holistic approach which can include using one or more modality, carefully considered, and designed as a bespoke care plan. We offer treatment options for out or in-patient requirements. With cognitive disorders therapy and counselling are limited because of the degenerative and sometimes debilitating level of conscious awareness of the patients. However a lot of these patients gain some vital benefit from counselling sessions, promoting their confidence, allowing them to feel independent and included, and filling the areas of loneliness and isolation that accompany cognitive disorders.

Not everyone who benefits from Psychotherapy and Counselling is diagnosed with a mental illness. This intervention also helps with the stresses and conflicts of life that can affect anyone.

A Holistic approach to mental health puts the emphasis on the patient, and not their diagnosis or their symptoms, at the centre of their treatment plan design. While obviously carefully considering the diagnosis and accompanying symptoms, we address their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs as a whole, carefully creating a unique treatment program, including referral, for each patient.
